Returns & Refunds

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You may return your order within 14 days after delivery.

2. How to Return an Item

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us
    Send an email to retail@laboucle.com including:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
  2. Wait for confirmation
    We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Prepare your parcel
    • Place the item in its original packaging
    • Ensure it is properly protected
  4. Ship your return
    • Send the parcel using a carrier of your choice
    • We recommend a tracked shipment, as you remain responsible until we receive it

3. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in perfect condition
  • Include all original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

4. Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are at your expense
  • Shipping costs are covered by us only in case of defective or incorrect items

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are refunded only for standard delivery (not express)

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours after delivery

We will:

  • Cover the return shipping costs
  • Offer a replacement or full refund

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or model:

  • Place a new order
  • Return your original item for a refund

8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn or damaged (not due to a defect)
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items bought with a discount during the sales period (usually in July and January)
